Building dollhouses has truly become my passion. Last Christmas, my daughter went looking for a sturdy dollhouse for
my granddaughter. After giving up, she settled for a brand name dollhouse that was made out of pressboard and plastic. It
broke after only one week of routine play and could not be repaired. I knew that I could build a stronger dollhouse and with ideas
from family and friends, I built my first dollhouse. Now, all of my grandchildren own one of my bookcase/dollhouses. Many
neighbors were interested in what I had built just by watching what I was doing in my backyard. After the interest grew, I
began doing different craft shows. It truly is a joy to see young children's faces light up when they see my dollhouse.
We began building several different styles of dollhouses that can also be used as bookcases. You can purchase them painted
with a solid color trim, hand painted with a theme or unfinished. We can handpaint (no stencils or tracing used) a variety
of themed designs on the houses.They are suitable for boys and girls of all ages.
They are built of 3/4" birch plywood and can be built in any size or style. Our standard bookcase is 35' wide, 40
1/4" tall and 12" deep. Each level is 15 1/2" in height (able to use with most standard size fashion dolls and action figures).
The standard size bookcase/dollhouses range in price from $100.00 and up. Special orders pricing may vary.
This is a great Christmas gift and truly a one of a kind piece of well crafted furniture that can be used year after
year.
Our handcrafted bookcases can also be used in kitchens as pantry, trinket shelves, cookbook holders, etc. I've even used
one in my own bathroom for bath towels and accessories.

We accept orders BY PHONE ONLY with a 50%deposit. We also can deliver (within a 75 mile radius) for a small fee.
